Percale refers to the type of weave used to construct the fabric. A percale weave uses a traditional criss-cross pattern one thread over and one thread under to give the fabric its smooth quality and finish. It may be woven using various fibres such as cotton, polyester and other fabric blends. 

GSM is grams per square metre. It is how much 1 square metre of fabric weighs and the higher the GSM number the denser and the more absorbent the fabric will be.
Towels usually range between 300 and 900 GSM.

Here is a mini breakdown:
300-400 GSM these towels are lighter and thinner, this means they’ll dry faster.
400-600 GSM these towels fall into the medium category and remember the absorbency increases as the numbers go up.

600-900 GSM these towels are quite heavy and their absorbency is amazing, however they take longer to dry.

Oxford Style has a flap right around the pillowcases and duvet covers. The size of the flap can vary from 3 to 10 cm. Our Oxford Style has an 8cm flap. The flap adds extra length to your duvet cover and pillowcases and gives your bed a more elegant and classic look.
